Odoo includes all its apps, including accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales and purchasing, in one per-user subscription⁠1.

Best for: Smaller ECC users and subsidiaries that want a full suite at a published per-user price and the option to run on-premise.

Not the right fit for: Large estates that need ECC-scale planning, controls and partner depth.

What it covers

Manufacturing includes bills of materials with by-products, finite-capacity scheduling, a master production schedule, PLM, quality, maintenance and a shop-floor app⁠2. The Custom plan adds multi-company use, the external API, Odoo Studio and agentic AI, and can be hosted on Odoo's cloud, on Odoo.sh or on-premise⁠1.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • The lowest published price for a full suite.
  • On-premise hosting available on the Custom plan, a familiar model for ECC users.
  • Manufacturing with BOMs, a master production schedule, PLM, quality and maintenance.

Limits

  • AI is listed on the Custom plan without detail.
  • Implementation and custom development are priced separately.
  • Multi-company use and the external API require the Custom plan.

Choose another option if: You run a large or complex ECC estate (Dynamics 365, Infor LN).

Pricing

Shown in euros when we checked: €19.90 (Standard) or €35.90 (Custom) per user a month on yearly billing, a discount that lasts 12 months.
