Best for: Manufacturers and distributors leaving ECC that want an industry ERP with embedded AI agents generally available in Europe.

Epicor Prism in Kinetic

Prism is a portfolio of vertical AI agents embedded in Kinetic, with more than 18 pre-built agents giving users conversational access to live ERP data and documents⁠1. It became generally available in the UK and markets including Ireland, France, Germany, Sweden and Poland in June 2026⁠12.
